Shipping & Returns


1. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fee per order is fixed at one hundred pesos (Php100.00) regardless of location.

2. I have placed an order. What do I need to do next?

After placing an order, our Customer Service team will do a quick verification (for incomplete shipping information) within the next 24 hours. You will be notified via email and/or SMS if order is ready to be processed or if additional details are needed.

3. When will I get my order?

After completing the verification process, your order will be delivered to you within 1-4 working days (Metro Manila) and 3-5 working days (provincial). Please do take note that orders can sometimes be delayed due to emergency and/or unforeseen circumstances, but rest assured that we will do our best to see to it that orders will be delivered at the soonest possible time.

4. Is there a cut off time for orders?

Orders placed and validated up to 9:00 am will be processed and picked up on the same day by our courier partner. Orders placed and validated beyond 9:00 am will be processed and picked up on the following business day.

5. Do you ship on weekends and holidays?

Our courier partners do not usually deliver during weekends and holidays.

6. Do you do express (same day or one day) shipping?

Sorry. Express shipping is not an available option as of the moment.

7. How will I know if my order is on the way?

Our courier partner will send an SMS notification updating you of the current order status.

8. I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at immediately. Once your order has been verified, you can no longer change or cancel it.

9. Can I still make changes to the order and/or shipping information

Likewise, once order has been verified, you can no longer make changes to it.

10. Is there a Cash On Delivery (COD) option?

Yes. Cash on delivery (COD) is an available payment option.

Your order may be replaced or refunded if DEFECTIVE or WRONG ITEM DELIVERED. In such cases, please follow the proper procedures so we can process the refund or replacements faster:

  1. Watch is not damaged by MISUSE;
  2. Watch is in ORIGINAL CONDITION (tags and labels are complete);
  3. Watch box is still intact;
  4. Claim for Refund or Replacement must be reported to our Customer Service at within seven days from receipt of order;
  5. Take a photo of the watch along with the delivery waybill and send them through our email: or Facebook Messenger: @watchkingdomph.

Please note that the One (1) Year Warranty only covers the watch mechanism and not for damaged watch parts or scratches due to wear and tear, misuse or accidents.

After verification of your claim, we will coordinate with our partner courier so that you can ship back the items (watch with tag/label, box, waybill and pouch) back to us.



We will send the replacement watch to your shipping address free of charge.


Please provide our Customer Service at your bank account details (preferably BPI or BDO) so we can send the refund amount as soon as we can.
